STEP 1. TEETH WHITENING CONSULTATION
You will need to attend a whitening consultation to discuss your desired results and treatment options with one of our expert team. They will also check clinically suitable for whitening treatment and will advise you on any steps you might need to take before you begin your whitening treatment, if any.

STEP 2. YOUR CUSTOM-MADE TRAYS
Next, we will create your custom-made bleaching trays. This involves us taking dental impressions of your teeth to ensure you get the very best results from your treatment. Your trays will be custom-made by enlighten’s advanced laboratory! You’ll go away with Enlightens Hydroxyapatite Liquid Enamal Serum to use every time you brush to keep sensitivity at bay.
STEP 3. TREATMENT
After a demonstration and explanation from your clinician, our expert dentist will prescribe your whitening gels, fit the attachments for your whitening trays and give them to you to take home. You typically whiten your teeth for 10-14 nights initially to reach your desired shade.
Use the 10% gel in your first week, every night. 16% gel in the second week, every night. And then, with evo4, you finish your treatment with the 6% gel for 1 hour a day for 7 days.

STEP 4. TOP-UPS
Once you have started teeth whitening treatment there will be no stopping you. But, you won’t need to repeat your treatment. You can call or email us to request whitening top-ups. If we have not seen you in a while, we made need you to come in for a check-up, but this is not always necessary.
